 Looking at the current implementation. The lazy load attribute is applied
 to all embed. My worry here is that adding lazily load to all embed might
 have an negative effect. With images, we do not applied lazy loading
 attribute to the first couple of images. To ensure that is only images
 below the fold that are effects. Should we do the same here for embed?
