 I'm not sure where to file this bug. So please put it whereever it's
 relevant.

 When I use the Create Block Theme plugin with WP 6.3 and try to install a
 Google Font this error comes up:

 "Error: `DISALLOW_FILE_EDIT` cannot be enabled in wp-config.php to make
 modifications to the theme using this plugin."

 I have tried to enable this in the wp_config.php, but this does not work.

 Adding fonts should be more easy in the theme.
