 This is the PR reported in the TT4 upstream:
 https://github.com/WordPress/twentytwentyfour/pull/712

 After that PR is reviewed, I guess this is good to be marked as 'commit',
 as https://github.com/WordPress/wordpress-develop/pull/5593 already
 resolves the issue with the blog query being ignored and breaking the
 navigation.
