 Hello @texasfixer,

 I was unable to reproduce the error you noted using 6.4 RC2 with a default
 set up.

 Can you retest please with 6.4 RC2? If the error occurs again:

 * Can you share the steps you did and possibly a video or screenshot of
 the error?
 * Can you also test using a default theme such as Twenty Twenty-Four (TT4)
 with no plugins activated? (just in case the issue is due to a 3rd party
 incompatibility)
