Comment:

 Marking this as a high priority for the 6.5 milestone, partly because of
 the very positive benchmarks encountered in https://github.com/WordPress
 /wordpress-develop/pull/5267 for sites using a persistent object cache.

 We'll need to validate that, but at this point it's a promising approach,
 and fits well into the general template loading focus we'll continue to
 pursue in 6.5.
