 I did a PR with a simple GitHub workflow to comment on every trunk PR with
 a link to a Playground-based preview:

 https://github.com/WordPress/wordpress-develop/pull/5526

 One issue with it is access – GitHub complains that workflow has no access
 rights to comment. I suppose we need an access token or some sort of
 repository setup to allow comment creation – any ideas how to address that
 @JeffPaul @peterwilsoncc @akirk?
