 Two notes:

 * If your PR doesn’t work, rebase it. It needs to target the latest
 version of trunk with this commit in it.
 * Downloading the built PR can take a while. Let’s find a way to optimize
 that!

 Other than that, everything seems ripe to create a GitHub action which
 alerts contributors to a WordPress Playground link to use for testing PRs
