 Hello @khanhfe,

 Welcome to WordPress Core's Trac :)

 There are multiple reports of the Polylang plugin not being compatible
 with WordPress 6.4. In their support forum, they note that v3.5.2 may be
 compatible, but there are reports that it too is incompatible.

 One way to conform is to deactivate the Polylang plugin, refresh, and
 check if content is available again as expected.

 What to do next? As the issue appears to be with the Polylang plugin,
 please open a support ticket on its Support forum
 https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/polylang/.

 If the issue is found to not be in the plugin, then please reopen this
 ticket for further investigation. Thank you.
