 BTW it seems like the reason that we need the `amd64` image for MySQL is
 that [https://hub.docker.com/r/arm64v8/mysql/ there is no `arm64` image
 for MySQL v5.7] (which is our default).

 Should we consider changing that default version to 8.x (for which there
 are `arm64` images)? The patch I just uploaded works for me.
