 Deleting text that has been bolded/Italic is not working as expected.

 1. If the bolded text is selected with only part of the surrounding
 paragraph text, I am able to delete it.

 2. If I select an entire paragraph containing bolded text, I am not able
 to delete it.

 Issue found in WP 6.3 and Below till WP 6, But after updated to WP 6.4
 working as expected, it means issue fixed in WP version 6.4 and above.

 So I wanted to know the fix,  Because my website currently running WP 6.3
