 Hey @jrandyanderson thanks for the bug report!

 I wasn't able to reproduce using a vanilla install of trunk (latest core)
 using PHP 8.1.17.

 Did you only see this on WordPress 6.3 or also 6.4?

 Can you give the full trace to the warning, if there is a plugin or theme
 path, try disabling that plugin (or changing theme) in a staging instance
 of the site.
