In the United States, daylight saving time ends this weekend.

When scheduling a post to be published next week, after DST ends, the
schedule time of the post as reflected in the schedule settings is offset
by 1 hour from the time the user selects. Posts scheduled before DST ends
 show the correct schedule time.

For example, a post scheduled for 5 a.m. on Tuesday shows a schedule time
 of 4 a.m. instead.

This is an unexpected behavior for users. I think it would be a more
intuitive experience for the post to schedule at the time the user
 selects.
