 While testing the WP 6.4.-RC3 on my local machine using the WP-CLI, the
 version number on wp-admin/update-core.php shows 6.4-RC3 but the button
 ''Update to the latest 6.5 nightly.''

 By removing the wp-config.php and running the installation via browser,
 the version is displayed as 6.5-alpha-57038 and the button on wp-admin
 /update-core.php shows the button ''Update to the latest 6.5 nightly.''
