 I searched before opening my ticket but didn't come across this one.

 This ticket is 12 years old 😅

 I hope it will be picked up soon.

 This is one of those things which not many people notice, but that can
 make a significant SEO impact I believe.

 Also, the ticket mentions the general term "category". I hope it will be
 designed for all taxonomies. In my case, WooCommerce attribute terms.
