 In WP 6.2.1 [https://core.trac.wordpress.org/changeset/55766 a change was
 made] to stop processing shortcodes in block templates.

 This change is being discussed after
 [https://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/58333 some issues were reported]
 for some site after the update to 6.2.1.

 In any case, the patch for this ticket will probably need to be updated to
 match the definitive solution (either the current or the modified one).
