 I apologize if this was discussed elsewhere, but I don't see anything
 here.  Has any consideration been given to using the
 [https://developer.wordpress.org/block-editor/reference-
 guides/components/tooltip/ Tooltip component] from the block editor?

 If not, I feel like this might be something that should be considered, and
 might be improved if there are a11y issues.
