 I'm sorry to hear you are having issues with your website. It looks like
 the error is caused by an incomplete upgrade.

 If the `wp-includes/html-api/class-wp-html-attribute-token.php` file does
 not exist on your install, downloading the
 [https://wordpress.org/download/ latest version of WordPress] and
 replacing the `wp-includes/html-api/` directory with a fresh copy should
 fix the issue.
