 Something to note

 register_block_core_post_navigation_link - Does a database query to next
 and back links.
 wp_widgets_init - Does a database query see attached screenshot.

 I haven't look at the others, but may also be the case, that are the
 either doing database looksup or a file system look up. Which might result
 in different results between test runs.
