 This seems fine for any large site with lots of media files, that does not
 want them to have their own attachment pages. How about all of the smaller
 sites that take advantage of this feature? This seems kinda miopic. We
 already have a way to address this, thanks to plugins. If a site gets too
 big and/or won't benefit from this feature, then there are options.

 Please keep in mind the millions of uses out there.
