 Hello @yshinoda,

 Welcome back to WordPress Core's Trac!

 As @peterwilsoncc noted, the Requests library was updated to v2.0 in the
 6.2 cycle. When testing against `trunk` and when 6.2 releases, plugin code
 needs to change to upgrade to the new version of Requests. How?

 I'll close this ticket as it's not a Core issue.
