 Documents the shorthand usage, i.e. `$this->next_tag( 'img' )`, of
 `WP_HTML_Tag_Processor::next_tag()`.

 Also includes table alignments and formatting adjustments in the class
 docs.

 Follow-up to [55203], [55206].
