 @SergeyBiryukov I've submitted [https://github.com/WordPress/wordpress-
 develop/pull/4150 PR 4150] which refreshes
 [https://core.trac.wordpress.org/attachment/ticket/56797/56797.patch
 56797.patch] to improve the docblock, to reset the text direction before
 the assertions, and to add `$message` parameters to the assertions.

 I ran a coverage report, and can confirm that the test covers
 [https://github.com/WordPress/wordpress-develop/blob/trunk/src/wp-
 includes/blocks.php#L260-L270 the related lines] - [https://user-
