New description:

 The [https://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/58626 editor may now be
 iframed in 6.3] unless metaboxes are present, so paths in `@font-face`
 definitions in the iframed editor cannot be relative. There was a fix for
 this ([https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/pull/51178 GB PR 51178])
 merged to Gutenberg, but the
 [https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/issues/41479#issuecomment-1597915077
 Fonts API has undergone significant changes] such that it was not included
 in 6.3.
