 Hi and welcome to WordPress Trac!
 Your issue seems to not be an error of the WordPress Core but rather the
 plugin Elementor just as you said.
 Usually those links appear only for logged in users and are supposed to be
 a shortcut to edit the desired contents.
 Anyway Trac is used for issues with the WordPress Core, your problem is a
 support question and you should get better and faster answers in the
