Comment:

 I like to have the ability to work with template paths in the get_footer()
 and get_header() functions, as get_template_part() does, but I'm not sure
 about implementation. I just want to have a better template structure and
 have different parts of the same template (page) in the dedicated folder
 and not to store all of them in the theme main folder.
