 We shouldn't keep on pushing this back though, that's too easy. This is
 literally causing SEO issues for every WordPress site out there right now
 that's not running an SEO plugin.

 I'm perfectly fine with a solution that leaves all existing sites
 unaffected unless they do something themselves, and disables these pages
 by default for all new sites... That should be acceptable to everyone I
 think?
