 Steps to reproduce the issue :-
 1. Activate Twenty Sixteen theme.
 2. Choose Pull quote block.
 3. Add some text.
 4. Apply font size from the options.

 You can able to see their is no change in font-size as per the choosen
 font-size.
 this is happening both side, editor and front-end.
