 Related: Thinking more about the "script after" discussion here, it seems
 support for these inline script snippets should be deprecated for
 "blocking" scripts too.

 The legitimate use cases can be re-implemented in JS. Would be a nice "JS
 code modernization". It doesn't seem to make sense for the Script Loader
 API to support this from PHP in 2023.
