 @h71 That looks pretty good, but I think it might be best to copy over
 some of the experience from the customizer such as:

 1) Instead of an upload button, make it a target that an image can be
 dropped in OR that you can open up the media library

 2) When one is uploaded, we should display it (I like the way the
 customizer makes use of displaying both the image and a preview of what a
 tab in the browser will look like) and also the option to remove the icon
 or the option to replace it.
