Comment:

 I just tried to create some changes to the default sample page using the
 Greek time zone and time configuration and the date/times seem good to me.

 The WordPress I run is 6.3-alpha which means that maybe your problem is
 already solved and maybe in the next few days you will have the update
 available right in your WordPres.

 My current local time is 3:31 on my system time and the revision time is 8
 June @ 15:29 which is more than right.

 If this is not correct for you can you please provide some more
 information :)
