 When I navigate to "wp-admin/site-health.php", I encounter an error
 indicating that the **Fatal error: Uncaught TypeError: ftp_nlist():
 Argument #1 ($ftp) must be of type resource, null given in
 /Applications/XAMPP/xamppfiles/htdocs/Releasecandidate/wp-admin/includes
 /class-wp-filesystem-ftpext.php:438**

 I have attached both screenshot, Can you please check and let me know if
 there are any question or issue.
