Comment:

 Thanks for the patch!
 I tested 58455.1.diff and it appears there's still a small issue on very
 small screens, because the notice is not located at the same place.

 Also, there are a couple coding standards issues in this patch (lack of
 new lines in CSS files) and I'm wondering whether the two `!important` can
 be removed or not.

 Let's move this ticket to 6.4!
