 Thanks @buutqn  for reporting this. We reviewed this ticket during a
 recent bug-scrub session and based on the feedback received we are keeping
 the milestone intact for another 6 hours hoping that someone would
 volunteer. Otherwise we are happy to update the milestone to 6.4
