 Thanks @jrf for continuing to work on this. We reviewed this ticket during
 a recent bug-scrub session and here's the summary of the discussion:
 01. The Team wants to make sure that all necessary steps have been
 completed. It seems that just the parts that have been tackled so far is
 done.
 02. The Team is inquiring if the planned work has been completed since it
 is hard to understand from the aforementioned comments.
 03. @audrasjb will surely take care of this one.
