Comment:

 This is working fine without the WP Extended plugin installed. Rather, the
 WP Extended plugin is going a little overboard in using `padding-left: 0
 !important`, or in adding the `wpext-base` class to the `body` tag on this
 screen.

 IMO, this is a plugin issue rather than a Core issue. Adding `close`, but
 also `2nd-opinion` to gather other's thoughts.
