 Given that WP 6.3 ends support for PHP 5.6, I assume that WP 6.4 will also
 end support for PHP 7.0 and 7.1 since they will at this point 7.0 and 7.1
 total 3.43% of all WP sites supported by WP. It will be even lower by the
 time that 6.4 is ready for release. I asked this in [#comment:101].
