 === Steps to Reproduce
 1. Activate Twenty Twenty theme.
 2. Choose Table block.
 3. Change color of text.
 4. 🐞 Bug occurs. Now see the difference both the side.
 Editor side you don't have exact same color chosen as the text color for
 the border.
 For the user side, it is working fine.

 === Expected Results
 1.  ✅ After the patch it should work

 === Actual Results
 1.  ❌ Patch not working on my end.
