 Docs: Fix `image_get_intermediate_size()` docblock.

 The description of returned values in array was incorrect for
 `image_get_intermediate_size()`:
 - `$file` returns the filename of image, no path information
 - `$path` returns path relative to the uploads directory, not absolute
