Comment:

 Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function str_ends_with() in
 .../wp-includes/class-wpdb.php on line 1623

 This broke the grav-redirect.php functionality on wordpress.org, which is
 why all the gravitas on this trac page are not showing up.

 If WPDB is going to rely on a polyfill function, it probably should be
 included somewhere in the file.
