 Hello again!
 I learnt that the table block has no support for the link color option,
 even when block themes are used. It has not been implemented in the
 editor.

 In the Gutenberg GitHub repository there is an overview issue for
 improving the table block colors. I added your suggestion to enable link
 colors there.
