 Updated [https://github.com/WordPress/wordpress-develop/pull/3827 PR:3827]
 to fix the input not being full width on narrow screens which was noted in
 comment:66. Also reverted the custom width/padding that was being applied
 to `.pwd-toggle` so it defaults to the regular button width/padding.
