 Would you please clarify if the issue began with the upgrade to 6.0.1 (and
 from what version), or if it existed prior? And also what remediations
 have been attempted apart from the addition of the Bootstrap classes?

 In local 6.0.1 testing with TT1 and a custom Underscores theme (the base
 for the sample site's theme), I was unable to reproduce the gallery flex
 layout issue after upgrading from 5.9.5 or 6.0. 🤔

 There is an expected inline CSS rule for the gallery block, `.wp-
 container-x`, that isn't being omitted on your sample site, but which
 appears following the `#page` div in my test Underscores site (or in the
 head on TT1). Apart from caching, could there be anything else affecting
 the markup emitted to the page?
