 @johnbillion Seems like this might be a cache issue (what isn't...), could
 you try running `docker system prune` and rebuild the dev container to see
 if that fixes things? Not ideal but if that's the issue then we can
 explore a better experience from there.

 We've got some other fixes incoming for running on local Docker - don't
 know if I would consider it a great experience but at least it'll get a
 contributor up and running if they bravely want to try this instead of
 `wp-env` right now.
