 @johnbillion I'm fine with continuing on this ticket for the moment, I do
 think making sure it at least works consistently locally is important to
 keeping this in core. Are you getting any other output? It is coming up
 for me although it looks like we need to do some conditional setting of
 the workspace folder, that's where it fails and doesn't fully finish
 setting up WordPress for me right now.
