Comment:

 I've both tested and approved the PR; this looks good for commit in the
 coming days.

 Testing process:

 * built a codespace from the code dropdown on the PR
 * checked npm and node versions in terminal: they match the expected
 versions from the `nvm` config file
 * successfully logged in to WP Admin and viewed the front end

 I broke the final step initially due to impatience, a note to be patient
 has since been added to the readme file.
