Comment:

 Converting into a "blessed" ticket.

 Why? The `@wordpress` packages are resynchronized / updated from Gutenberg
 into Core throughout the major release cycle, i.e. into beta. These
 packages include enhancements, features, and bug fixes.

 Please note:
 The PHP code being copied from Gutenberg into Core (sometimes called a
 "backport") should separate Trac ticket(s).
