 A nice improvement would be to only post the preview link if the PR
 updated the src directory. It might not make much sense to preview PRs
 adjusting, say, GitHub workflows.

 Also, noting here that @swissspidy explored using the workflow_run trigger
 to only post the comment once the build artifact is available to download:
 https://github.com/swissspidy/wordpress-develop/pull/55
