 The file reference later in the PHP deprecation notice should include a
 plugin, which apparently has an outdated version of Freemius SDK.

 Freemius SDK [https://github.com/Freemius/wordpress-
 sdk/commit/cc03c5ee1d3f1ac20e624cd414c7b52f1e3a386c silenced the notices]
 last year, and the top
 [https://wpdirectory.net/search/01HHXNWB8TPFEFQQ9BMRPQ81YK plugins that
 include FS_Key_Value_Storage] now use `#[ReturnTypeWillChange]`.
