 For help with Ajax Search Pro, the best place to go should be its support
 page:

 Also, the support forum for the plugin's free version has at least one
 topic that might be related:

 I'm closing this ticket as 'invalid' because the issue likely does not
 relate to WordPress Core, but feel free to reopen if the source of the
 problem is discovered in Core.
