Comment:

 Hi @blindmikey, thanks for the report. [57156] reverted both of those
 functions to their previous behavior prior to 6.4.0, due to issues
 reported in #59847, so reverting those functions would reintroduce those
 issues.

 Would you mind providing additional reproduction steps so we can
 investigate? Thanks.
